Not receiving texts on time

Sometimes a text only comes hours later than it was actually sent to me and sometimes it doesn't come at all.

First thought it might have been my phone but I recently upgraded and yet the same keeps happening, very frustrating

Yes, thanks.
It was probably a problem with the sim so I'm gonna get a new replacement sim

You probably need to contact 48 support as mentioned earlier in this thread.
