Hi im thinking of purchasing a lg 118 smart watch but was wondering if could get a micro sim card for that but be able to keep my nano sim activated and still working in my iphone 5/5s

If you mean two SIMs on the same account using the same number, membership etc. then I don't think that 48 support that but ask 48 support to be sure:

If you mean a separate SIM for the watch that would be on a separate number, account, membership etc. then that should be possble but you will have to buy two memberships each month and so on so maybe not the most practical solution?
