Phone not recieving texts

My phone hasnt been recieving texts in the past few hours and my inbox isnt full amd ive trued restarting the phone but that didnt work either can you help me?

This seems to happen from time to time to specific users.

You most likely need to contact 48 support to see if they can help.

However ... my friend on 48 failed to receive any texts sent to her from France over the new year - bar one.

We're pretty sure that it was not a problem at the senders' end (multiple senders on different French networks).

Unfortunately 48 support said that they could not do anything about investigating this.
