someone please help me! i recently purchased a new mobile and now i need a micro sim, but i ordered a regular sim by accident is there any chance of cancelling my order? please 🙂 my other sim is blocked in the mean time and i have no working sim card... help me! if this doesnt work i shall move back to my previous network (vodafone)

Order a new micro SIM here:

and when it arrives do NOT register it but instead log a support request asking 48 to transfer your existing account/membership/number to it.

I'm not sure if they can reactivate your current SIM for the moment but log a support request and ask them about that.

If your need is urgent ... you can easily get your SIM card cut down to Micro size in any of the small phone shops scattered around. Usually they charge €2. They use a small hand held device like astapler and it vuts the shape accurately.
