moving number

i tried moving my number and there seems to be a problem and i can change the details but when i go onto the link there is nothing to allow me to change it i need to change over my number asap!! help

Did you submit a porting request here:

Did you get the security code to your old SIM/number and enter it?

Did you log the correct details (old network and bill type)?

What does your online account say about your membership status and phone number?

You might need to log a support request to get 48 to help if there is some hitch with the porting process:
