Anyone having trouble in the west. No service on my phone.
Have powered on & off. No joy.
It's coming and going intermittent for last hour.

Any chance it's related to the recent/ongoing bad weather?

MIght be worth asking 48 support if they are aware of any problems in your area:

Do you know anybody else on 48/O2/Three in the area and, if so, are they also affected?

Also maybe try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the SIM contacts, reinserting it, switching on and trying to manually search for networks and connecting to 48.

Might not make any difference but perhaps worth trying.

My one is exacatly the same. Cant get 3g at all. On 2g it gets two bars max. But dropin every 20-30min to emergency calls only. Girlfriends is the same

Like turning off and phone or cleaning sim wont get it fixed coz its some network issue for sure. More and more customers in west r affected.

I did. They sending out new sim. But that's obviously not the problem !!!

i did contacted agent. and they have confirmed that there is network issue with mother network Three.

I have been in galway all day so had full service. When I got home half hr ago it was gone. But it seems to be back now.
