my internet hasn't been working properly its slow and only works sometimes

Well have you got the box for only 3G networks to be used ticked on your phone? Also it depends on your area for the internet speed. If you are in a town or city then you should have a good speed along with a H symbol near your signal bar!

Have you checked if you input the correct settings for your phone?

Ive had the H be 4 but since Saturday i only have the E and its slow and doesn't buff videos or load some pictures

As kevin asked are you sure that "Use 2G only" didn't get selected somehow in your settings?

E means EDGE which is basically 2G.

H means HS[D]PA which is basically 3G (or better).

2G is generally much slower than 3G (or better).
