I topped up by €10 and I text "guido" and got a reply saying I hadn't enough balance, so I went back to check my balance and my €10 I had topped up by was gone.

What does your My History page say about recent topups/payments/purchases?

What does your main account page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Does the Membership Planner section of the page (right hand side) say anything about your "Next" membership and start date?
