Moved my number by mistake

I moved my number to a different provider by mistake. I bought a phone as a gift for christmas for my wife from Vodafone and long story short the lad from the desk moved my number to Vodafone.

How can I get back on 48 and keep my number?

So does any number work on your SIM/phone now?

E.g. the 089 number originally assigned to the SIM?

If not then you probably need to contact 48 support to see how to get your number ported back to 48 from Vodafone:

If the old/original 089 number does work then you can probably just submit a porting request to get the number back.

But it might still be a good idea to contact 48 support first.

Separately you probably need to contact Vodafone to get them to give you a new SIM/number for your wife.
