I dont know what phone is similar really, I tried a Samsung galaxy s4 and no joy! Tried typing in those settings above too and it didn't work

Did you follow the instructions here?

These settings work for ALL phones if you enter all the settings correctly.

If you follow the instructions and it still doesn't work then post back with more info (ideally screenshots of your settings) for review/comment.

When trying Tweakker online try any other Vodafone Smart phone. If that doesn't work then you'll need to configure things manually.
