Eu add on not working in Norway.

Hi,

I still have 33 texts to text on my eu 35 texts add on. It works when I was in Denmark but I couldnt text people here in Bergen, Norway. What's wrong?

Hmmmm ... says here that the EU roaming add-ons work in Norway:

but then again Norway is not in the EU.

I wonder if that's an issue and the website is wrong?
