topic voicemail in Other Help

i have used tutorial to switch on all 3 options for voicemail

when i test it by calling my mobile from another number, leave a message - but when i ring voicemail there are no messages?

after setting up voicemail i turned phone off & on

So you call your number, it diverts to voicemail and you leave a message and that all works OK?
But when you call voicemail from your phone it says that you have no messages?
Are you absolutely sure that you have configured all options correctly?
