Internet not working?

i bought the Mitch package 3 day ago but i cannot get data on my phone, i have a samsung GT-S7562 (galaxy sIII mini duo) but i know its not an issue with the phone as my friend had the phone before me and her data worked with her guideo package. I have tried having the settings sent to my phone and i tried installing them manually but neither worked

It's not an issue with settings as the intenet does work it's more an issue with signal and with the merge of o2 and there that has just become worse . . . there are two phone on the house on 48 both have same problem
