Are you sure that you didn't use a service that gets charged to your credit balance (e.g. MMS, international calls/SMS, some special landline calls etc.) that might explain the "disappearance" of the 28c?

Thanks for reply. But no. I have all turned off. This never happened me b4 & thought it was strange.

Maybe check your My History page to see if the €10 kickback credit was paid in full.

If so then almost certainly you used some service that cost money from your cash credit balance.

In my history it's saying €10 paid.
I have all apps off. Mms is off.
Use normal text and viber for pic messages

Could you have called something like a 1850/1890 number or some other number that gets charged to your cash credit balance?
