      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that you didn't use a service that gets charged to&amp;nbsp;your credit balance (e.g. MMS, international calls/SMS, some special landline calls etc.)&amp;nbsp;that might explain the "disappearance" of the 28c?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Maybe check your My History page to see if the €10 kickback credit was paid in full.&lt;/P&gt;
