If it's an iPhone then it's almost certainly the usual iPhone roaming problem.
Hi, I am currently on holidays in Spain but I have no coverage at all. I bought the EU texts and calls yesterday before I left Ireland. When I arrived yesterday and turned on my phone it has jus appeared 'searching' where the '48' symbol would usually appear. It hasn't changed at all, I have turned off my phone and back on but there is no change. Can you please resolve this as I need my phone when I'm on holidays.

Thanks,
Adele
