Hi. I'll be away for the month of my next membership so the deal I'm on at the moment would be pointless I think? Should I just buy credit instead or is this possible? Thanks

Hey gtra

If you are hoping to use your phone when abroad you will need to buy membership. If you don't have membership then nothing will work when abroad. You won't even be able to receive calls or texts.

With 48 if you want to use your phone you will need to have an active membership.

Just to add to that ... if you are travelling in the EU then the EU roaming calls/texts add-ons may be of interest to you - but you still need an active membership as mentioned above:

Also - if you have an iPhone be aware of this issue as it seems to cause problems for many iPhone users when going abroad and when coming home!
