possible to reactivate old 48 sim

I was with 48 and moved to another provider as they gave me 3 months free. I would now like to move back how do I re activate my 48 sim and move my number back to 48? My wife also needs to do the same. I tried putting in my sim activation code and then the 19 digit number but it wouldn't accept it.

You might need new SIMs but contact 48 support directly first here:

http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent

to see if they can reactivate the old ones.
