I've a mobile phone called Lead 1 its an Android 4.4.2 The Internet only works using my house WiFi but not when WiFi is off

You need to configure your internet/APN settings for the carrier data internet connection to work.

Hi thanks for your help but this didn't work. The 3G on this phone works with the band 850/2100mhz. Is this compatible with 48. Does anyone know about this? Help!!!

As far as I know 850MHz is not used in Ireland but 2100MHz is.

Are you sure that you followed my post above to configure your internet/APN settings?

Do you definitely have a data allowance as part of your membership or a data add-on?

Did you configure all other settings as advised?

Can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?

When you are not connected to wifi what does System settings > About phone > Status > SIM status > Mobile network type show?
