Ive had a problem all day trying to get sorted with my monthly membership trying to use my debit card so in the end i have topped up with €20 buying credit in shop please help

What problem did you have trying to pay for stuff by card?

Any error messages?

If you topped up your cash credit balance with €20 using a voucher then you still need to buy membership as a separate step.

You can do this online or by text and pay for membership from your cash credit balance.

How do I buy stuff by text?
