If they tried to take 10 euro out of my account but they couldn't becos I didn't have to money but now I do how do I get them to top me up ?

You need to topup your credit balance or pay for membership using your bank card.

Or else register your bank card and enable auto renewal of membership

But if you're spending €10 make sure that you choose Guido and not Standard as Standard is not worth buying anymore:
