Tried topping up my brothers phone using my own card... (It's his membership! ) and after I put all card details through it would not process due to "limitations"
I'm in Australia using my Aus card but it's a visa so should work right?

My recollection is that not all VISA cards work - in particular those from certain countries.

In the past only Irish and then Irish and UK cards worked.

I think that this was extended to cards from othe countries but I'm not sure if it extended to Australia.

(This doesn't make much sense to me because I always assumed that all, say, VISA credit card were equal regardless of the country of issue/origin).

Can you try another card?
