Hello I just bought an add on 15 eu roaming minutes I need to call Scotland..and everytime I do it says I dont have enough credit?

The EU roaming calls add-on is for when YOU are roaming abroad and want to make calls.

It is not for calling abroad to EU destinations when you are at home in Ireland.

If you bought them for this purpose and are not travelling abroad in the EU in the next month or so then you have wasted your money on the wrong add-on.

There is no add-on for making international calls while in Ireland.

To make international calls you need cash credit to pay for the calls.

Calls to European numbers cost 50c per minute charged from your cash credit balance.
