Hi I blocked my phone and I really need yo get it back on can u please help I typed in my puk code and won't work

What message are you seeing on the phone now? Roughly how many times have you attempted to enter the PUK?

What error do you get when entering the PUK?

Are you sure that it's looking for the PUK and not the PIN/PIN1?

Are you sure that you're using the correct PUK?

The one from your online account?

If so and it doesn't work then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
