My snapchat won't load even though it's turned on in Internet settings and I've Internet allowance left. Any tips ?

Does all other internet access work OK?

If so then it's probably a Snapchat problem.

This seems to happen with Snapchat from time to time judging by previous posts on this issue here.

Did Snapchat ever work OK for you?

Does it not load at all at the moment or does it load and crash?

Yeah everything else works fine. Yes it used work perfectly before until I toped up. It says no connection plese try again ?

If all other internet access is working OK then I don't think that it's a 48 problem.

What happens if you're on wifi rather than the 48 carrier data connection?
