      <title>Network error or my phone is broken?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 to latest android today. Cant connect 48 network anymore. It says its connected, cant see R icon for roaming, mobile internet not working too. I can find 48 in mobile network connections, I can click connect, phone will say "connected" its just not working...So network error or phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably neither!&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="manhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-manhappy" src="https://community.48.ie/i/smilies/16x16_man-happy.png" alt="Man Happy" title="Man Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most likely it's just that the update changed/cleared your settings and you need to fix these before things will work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that data roaming is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that your internet/APN settings are correct:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.48.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560"&gt;http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once all settings look correct power off&amp;nbsp;and on again and see if things work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Post back if they don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
