      <description>Hi can you help me with this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My messages are not sending they are "sending" for hours but never send and I cannot receive messages, the internet is barely works, I have tried resetting my phone etc, so I think it may be a problem with the network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look forward to hearing from you!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you make/receive calls OK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think that there is any general network problem or others would have posted about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe no use but try powering off, taking your SIM out, cleaning the contacts GENTLY, putting it back in and switching on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help then you may need to contact 48 support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
