I got adds on for 35Eu sms,but messages not going abroud,always "message not send" Please fix it.I send to Latvia 00371...

The EU texts add-ons are roaming add-ons and only useful if you are roaming abroad.

They are not for texting EU countries when you are in Ireland.

Texts to international numbers from Ireland on 48 are charged from your cash credit balance - 25c each.

If you don't have any cash credit then you can't send any international texts.
