internet settings,

I have to reload the settings for my internet every few days, why is this?

is it being triped by switching to wifi ??

What make and model of phone do you have?

Some Samsung Galaxy phones seem to have a habit of losing internet settings (not just on 48) for some reason.

You might want to log a support query to ask 48 support for advice:
