      <description>&lt;P&gt;What does your online account say about your membership status,&amp;nbsp;expiry date and allowance balances?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get a signal/connection to the 48 network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not can you manually scan for networks and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if, after the outage the other day, you need to reactivate the iPhone on the network which would need at least 25c cash credit (to cover the cost of a UK SMS that gets sent automatically) and might also need a reboot and/or a sync with iTunes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively contact 48 support and ask them for advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope&amp;nbsp;this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
