Top up credit

I have topped up by 20 euro yesterday and I went to purchase my 48 membership and it took off 4 euro ? I can't get it working now! Please help

Hey Greg

I can see after you topped up €20 on 2nd April. You then sent a series of texts to an international number.

A total of 16 texts were sent to a Swedish number costing 25c each time. Only texts to Irish mobiles and land lines are included with your membership. So that's where the €4 has gone.

I trust this clears it up Greg.
