I can see you have the guido membership and have used all 300 minutes.

You bought another membership but it has not started yet. it's queued and will not start until midnight on 21st April.

When you buy a membership it runs for a month even if you use everything up it still runs for a full month. If you buy another membership it will not start immediately. It gets queued will only start when the current membership runs out.

If you desperately need mobile minutes we have add ons to keep you going until the next membership starts. You can see all the add ons here http://48months.ie/membershop?cat=addons.
