No personal hotspot option for iPhone 4s

Hi guys,

Sorry this probably has been answered already but I can't find it.

Is this just my phone or has this option been eliminated for the 48 network?

Proceed as follows:

Settings / Mobile Data Network.

Copy contents of Mobile Data APN field.

Scroll down to Personal Hotspot.

Paste contents into Personal Hotspot APN field.

Exit back to Settings.

Select Mobile, and then Personal Hotspot Setup Option and follow instructions.
