Buying ibternet

I bought an extra GB of Internet on Wednesday morning but it didn't work so I thought it was a problem with my transaction and bought another but I was charged twice for this and only received one GB of Internet. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey gemgem

Are you sure you bought the internet add on both times?

Log into your 48 account and check. When you log in click on the "More" button and then on "My History".

That will give you a list of what you bought with 48.

Check that out and get back to me.
