Is it possible to get an add on or price plan that includes by landlines and mobiles ( Northern phones) is this possible on 48.ie ??

Unfortunately not.

All international calls are charged from your credit balance.

For Europe including UK/NI it's 50c per minute to landlines or mobiles.

If you call NI landlines using the 048 prefix rather than 00 44 ... then they should be treated as national calls and be covered by your membership landline minutes allowance or landline add-on.
