Internet settings

I have entered all the details from the forum to set up picture messaging for my I phone 5. I have ios7 I turned the phone off once I entered all details. I still cannot recieve and picture messages. Can anyone help

I presume that you're talking about MMS picture messages and not iMessages or something else?

A little note about picture messaging

Make sure that your APN is correctly configured for internet and MMS.
