internet problems

I received my sim today and topped up I am able to send and receive calls and texts but my internet is saying offline. Can someone please help

Have you updated the settings on your phone yet?

If not you can do so here You can do that very easily here https://48months.ie/my-48/my-data-settings.

Find your phone type
Enter in your mobile number and security code. Simple!!

If you cannot find your handset listed then try one that is similar.

Once you have done that enusre you have both mobile data and data roaming switched on.
