Sim Registration failure

Hi there,

I tried activating my sim card but I keep getting an error message

"We are unable to register your SIM, please contact a 48 agent for more information."

I attempted deleting history, new browser and all that but I keep getting the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well this is another issue!

Everytime I attempt to contact an agent or attempt to "send a new request" I get this

"Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site. Try again later or contact an agent"

Anyway an agent can actually get i touch with myself instead?
