    <description>I just renewed my membership today and my internet was working fine till my friend connected her phone to my personal hotspot and now it's not working anymore. I configured my settings like I was told to do online and it's still not working. My internet has always worked fine for me so I don't know what's wrong now. Help please?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you change your internet settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are your internet settings right now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried powering off and on again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some other people are reporting internet connectivity issues but I don't know if this is a localised or network issue/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been working fine for me all day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I changed my internet settings to the recommended Internet settings and I've turned my phone on and off several times to no avail. Don't know what else to do.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK - seems like some people are having internet problems today although I haven't experienced them myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably best to log a support query and let 48 support advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
