Where are you located?

Are incoming/outgoing calls/texts working OK?

Probably best to contact 48 support mentioning your location.

In Dublin. Texts ok. Got new settings, turned on and off phone, hope phone isnt broke! i was hoping it was a network issue

I doubt that the phone is broken.

Go to settings and delete you AP settings, then create new one according to info on the website and should work. Mine did anyway.
