3g problem

My 3G has stopped working. It was working before I swapped to 48 and I used to have a slider to turn on and off 3G and 4g and now they are both gone what do I do

Did it ever work for you on 48?

Do you have data roaming enabled?

Did you configure your internet settings?

No I swapped to 48 yesterday and then my 3G and 4g slider just disappeared because I had them on my other network, no never had to use data because I had 4g at the time

Did you try configuring your internet/APN settings for 48 as I suggested above?

As you probably know 48 doesn't support 4G/LTE.

What options do you see under Settings>Mobile>Voice & Data?

What version of iOS are you on? It may matter....

Ya I done dat and 3G came up but I could not get it anywhere so I can't use internet just wifi I have iOS 8

According to the link above iOS 8 may be the problem and you may need an update to 8.1.

Have you tried updating the version of iOS?
