Hi, my internet has stopped working and I have over 1gb left and have turned my phone off and on and tried the same with the flight mode..can you help please?

Was there any software update on your phone?

Are the settings still correct?

You seem to be using a Samsung phone and it seems that these can sometimes spontaneously lose the APN/internet settings and need reconfiguration for some reason.
