    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have 3G and data roaming enabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try a sync with iTunes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that I don't know - sorry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately iPhones seem to generate more problems that Android phones around there for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't get anywhere probably best to log a support query to ask 48 support for assistance:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try powering off and on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try manually scanning for networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What ones do you see?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see 48 then connect to it. What happens?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see 48 try O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to enable data roaming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any error messages when you log into your online account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this&amp;nbsp;helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've tried turning it off and on didn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm connect to wifi and the cellar is on with data roaming&lt;BR /&gt;The error that comes up is&lt;BR /&gt;"Network lost: your selected cellular network is no longer available. You can choose a different network in settings" however I tried all of them and nothing worked.&lt;BR /&gt;No error messages with my account through the web, everything is all set.</description>
