hi!

im already with 48 i had an older phone with a full size sim, but i ordered a new sim (micro sim) for my windows phone. how to i go about keeping my old number ,which i have already ported to 48 on the full size sim!..

If you ordered a new micro SIM here:

http://48months.ie/free-sim

then when you get it DON'T register it here:

http://48months.ie/register-sim

but instead log a support query here:

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

and ask 48 to transfer your existing number/account/membership/credit etc. from your old SIM to the new micro SIM.

You may need to provide the ICCIDs for both SIMs - the 19 digits + a letter printed on the SIM card itself.
