My card is denied and can't enter my security card when there is money on the card . I topped up plenty of times putting the security code in but never processed .

What security code are you referring to?

Did this card ever work for online payments on 48 or any other site?

What is the country of issue of the card?

What sort of card is it (VISA credit, VISA debit, etc.)?

Is 3-D Secure/Verified by VISA enabled on it?
