payment with visa doesn't work

Hello, I just wanted to activated my new SIM card. I wanted to pay with VISA (VISA card is vallid). Payment was denide. What can the problem might be? My SIM is already activated.

Did this card ever work for online payments?

On other sites? On 48?

Does it have Verified by VISA enabled?

What is the country of issue of the card?

You might also need to contact your bank to ask them why it was refused for an online payment.

Thanks for the the answer. We tried also some VISA cards from Irish people who live and pay in Ireland and it did not work either. Now I bought a credit in a payzone. Hope this works.

You should contact your bank and 48 support to check why card payments don't work for you.

Maybe also try another device and/or browser in case that helps.
