Are you sure that it's not a case of when you're home you're on wifi but when you're away from home the phone is trying to use carrier data and this does not work?

Do you get the same error message mentioned in the original post?

Did you look at my previous reply and the links that I posted?

Hope this helps.

No like when I'm at home I turn off my wifi and turn the cellular data on just to check if it's working and it does seem to work but it's pointless having it working at home because I have wifi.

Yes when I go in to safari I get a message saying "can not activate cellular data, you are not subscribed to a data service" but I have a guido membership.

I did did but i tried all that and it doesn't work.

Does this help at all?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-Q6CkR0_y4

Bear in mind that he leaves data roaming switched off but you need it ON for 48.

If that doesn't help then you should contact 48 support for advice/assistance on how to sort this out:

http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent

Hope this helps.
