SIM network unlock PIN

Dear 48,

My name is Sean and I have recently bought a new phone from Vodaphone and had it unblocked by a third party. The model is a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. I put my original 48 sim into the phone and was asked for my original pin, I typed it in and was then asked for SIM network unlock PIN. Can you help? I am unsure what this PIN is.

Sim network unlock pin normally means that the phone is still locked to another network. Can you try another non Vodafone sim in it? Sounds to me like it's still locked.

Just tried a meteor sim, same problem occured 😕

Phone is still locked to Vodafone so I guess.
