    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update: 7th Jan 2015 - resolved.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As reported by several others here the help ticket system&amp;nbsp;doesn't seem to be working at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you try to log a support request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.48months.ie/help/ask-agent"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help/ask-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or access an existing one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.48months.ie/help/my-messages"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help/my-messages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site.
