    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you sent the MMS messages what did they contain?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they contained multiple images and/or a lot of text maybe they actually required more than one MMS each to send?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens with SMS - e.g. when the text entered is longer than what can be accommodated by a single SMS then more than one is used even if it looks like a single SMS at the sender and receiver ends. Perhaps&amp;nbsp;something similar applies to MMS also?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway - if you want an&amp;nbsp;itemised&amp;nbsp;breakdown of the charges incurred then you need to log a support request and ask 48 support for this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.48.ie/t5/Need-Help/How-to-get-help/td-p/4038/jump-to/first-unread-message"&gt;How to get help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But almost certainly there is a logical explanation for the charges incurred to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I put in €20 of credit a week ago and today I noticed that the balance is €17:30&lt;BR /&gt;I have not purchased any add on's and only sent 2x MMS messages to 2x people. €1.20 worth. There is €1.50 unaccounted for.</description>
