I was on guido membership which ends on 30th of December but I just bought the don membership when does it come in because on my 48 it still says I'm in Guido membership?

If your current Guido membership expires on 30th December then it will expire at 23:59 and the new Don membership will kick in at midnight.

So it won't come in tonight or tomorrow? I've to wait till then?

Yes.

Memberships always run for a month and are not prematurely terminated by a new membership purchase.

If you need additional allowances on your current membership then you can buy add-ons.
